How do I know if my order was successful?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us to change or cancel it. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

How can I check my order status?

You can log in to your account to view the status, or use the tracking link in your confirmation email.

How long does it take to ship after I place an order?

We usually process and ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take a little longer.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

No, we only ship US and UK now

How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders within the U.S. usually take 5–10 business days, while international orders take around 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Can I track my package after it ships?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track it online anytime.

Do I need to pay customs duties?

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What is the return process?

Who pays for the return shipping?

If the return is due to product defects or wrong items shipped, we cover the return shipping cost. For personal reasons (e.g., dislike or wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, if you wish to exchange for another color or style, please contact our customer service. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
