Return&refund

1. Return Eligibility 

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Damaged or defective items are eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return 

• Contact our customer service at support@loudbasis.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Our team will provide return instructions and address.

3. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to product defects or wrong items shipped, we cover the return shipping cost.

• For personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer.

4. Refund Process 

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges 

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact customer service within 14 days.

• Exchange shipping costs follow the same rules as returns.
